Tournament Details

2010's State & Provincial Championships

Format: Standard Constructed - Swiss Rounds with a cut to Top 8 for Single Elimination Playoffs - Decklists are required.
Fee: $25.
Info: Event is open to all players, no prequalification is necessary.  Number of Swiss rounds will be based on attendance, rounds will be 50 minutes in length.

Players are required to bring pen, paper, counters and be familiar with all DCI event rules.

REL Competitive, K-Value = 24
Prizes: Booster Pack prizes based on attendance will be awarded to Top Players at the end of Swiss Rounds before Top 8.

Top 8 will each receive a commemorative Championships playmat , then compete in a Single Elimination Playoff for First Place. 
Champion will receive a Championship Prize Plaque and Free Entry into Premier Level Constructed Events for one year offered by participating organizers. 
Champion will also receive a specially produced DCI card at a later date.


Booster Drafts - On Demand -

Format: Limited - Single Elimination
Fee: $13.
Info: Players will receive 3 booster packs to draft with.

REL Casual, K-Value = 8
Prizes:

1st Place - 8 Packs - OR - $24 Store Credit

2nd Place - 4 Packs - OR - $12 Store Credit

While we encourage trading, please note that buying or selling cards with anyone except for our authorized dealer(s), or soliciting to do so elsewhere, is strictly forbidden at this event. Failure to obey this rule may result in both the buyer and the seller being removed from the event without refund, and banned from attending Phoenix Games events in the future.


Phoenix Games also reserves the right to limit the amount of space being occupied by any one individual while trading, and does not allow the use of suitcases, handcarts, luggage carts, etc. to be used for the purpose of transporting excessive amounts of trade stock or performing commercial level trading on the floor.
